Staffordshire Youth Union members from Stafford and Newcastle-under-Lyme have published an Accessibility in Healthcare survey in collaboration with the Staffordshire Disability and Neurodiversity Partnership Board.

This is open to people of any age. You can complete the survey here until Thursday 7th March at 5pm.
