Today I was very pleased to attend my first Youth Con since my election into the UK Youth Parliament in March, at The Factory Young People’s Centre, Birmingham.

Youth Cons are always an exciting event in the calendar, providing the opportunity for MYPs, Deputy MYPs, Chairs and members of Youth Councils, and other youth voice representatives to meet together and collaborate on our latest projects.

At this one, we focused one on the regional results of Make Your Mark, and developing a campaign to drive productive change in response to these.

It was great to meet my fellow Midlands representatives again, and I look forward to future events.
